All Teams must complete the registration form below with the player and partner information.

During the matches each day, all teams are offered breakfast and lunch, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, which is included in the registration fee. Registration fee is $600/Team ($300 per player).

 

Credit card payments are not accepted. Payment Instructions for Non-members, Guests, and QV Summer Members:
